Collective Agreements
Regular negotiations and meetings are held with employee representatives from the Works Council, Staff Delegates, or the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee.
Each year, negotiations take place concerning remuneration, professional equality between men and women, quality of life at work, working hours, and the sharing of added value.
These periodic negotiations allow the company's operations to be adapted to the needs of our teams. As such, several collective agreements on the following topics are currently in force:
- Working Hours
- On-Call Duty System
- Gender Professional Equality
- Business Travel
- Profit-Sharing and Employee Participation
- The Right to Disconnect

Supplier Policy
CLF Satrem aims to collaborate with suppliers who share its commitment in this area and to build a balanced, trusting, and long-term relationship with its partners.
When consulting a new supplier, their commitment is assessed through a questionnaire. During this process and annually, a commitment is requested regarding compliance with labor code provisions for employee employment.
For significant services or supplies, audits may be conducted. The responses form one of the selection criteria.
Suppliers are monitored, particularly during subcontracting services, and any non-compliance in this area is reported.
